Participants from certain countries might require a visa in order to travel to China. Participants are requested to check with their local Chinese Consulate/Embassy well in advance of their travel date. It is the responsibility of the participant to obtain a visa as necessary.

The congress secretariat and organizers cannot accept any liability for personal accidents or loss of/damage to private property of conference participants of ICPGC 2018, either during or as a result of the conference. Participants and their accompanying guests are advised to purchase adequate travel insurance for the duration of their travels.
