2. Poster Size: Vertical, 80 x 120cm.
3. Do not change the poster size!
Poster Preparation
1. Construct the poster to include the title, the author(s), affiliation(s), and a description of the research, highlighting the major elements that are covered in the abstract. Please make sure your lettering is neatly done and is large enough to be read from a distance.
2. For the authors providing their posters by April 8, 2018 18:00 Beijing Time, the Conference will print the posters for free. For those who fail to send their poster by April 8, 2018 18:00 Beijing Time, their posters will not be accepted by the Conference.
3. Please note that the Conference does not have the equipment to print posters on-site.
4. Poster Submission Deadline: April 8, 2018 18:00PM Beijing Time
5. Please send the poster to the Conference Secretariat at 81823939@qq.com before April 8, 2018 18:00PM Beijing Time and it is also important to include the Abstract ID in the title of your email.
Set Up and Removal Times
1. Posters will be hung in advance by the Conference.
2. Poster presenters are only required to be present at their board during poster display time.
3. All poster boards will be cleared at the end of the Conference.
