Oral Presentation & Presentation Slides
1. You will be given the opportunity of oral presentation and presenters are kindly requested to use MS PowerPoint in English for their presentations.
2. Please be in room for your session 10 minutes before the start time of the session. The Session Chairs will start and end strictly on time.
3. PowerPoint Instructions
a). Please use the Microsoft PowerPoint 2007 or 2010* (*.ppt) or (*pptx), to guarantee it can be opened successfully on an on-site PC.
b). We recommend you to save your PowerPoint presentation using PPT(X) format instead of PPS.
c). JPG images are the preferred file format for inserted images. GIF, TIF or BMP formats will be accepted as well.
4. Movies: Please take steps to compress your videos (Less than 500M). Uncompressed videos will take longer to upload and will not be better quality than a modern MPEG-4 codec. We can only accept movies created as MPGs, WMVs or AVI formats.
5. Considerations for Mac Users
Macintosh presentations (i.e. Keynote) cannot be accommodated, please convert your keynote to PowerPoint in advance.

Poster Design Guidelines
Poster Size: Vertical, 80 x 120cm.
Do not change the poster size!
2. Poster Preparation
a). Construct the poster to include the title, the author(s), affiliation(s), and a description of the research, highlighting the major elements that are covered in the abstract. Please make sure your lettering is neatly done and is large enough to be read from a distance.
b). For the authors providing their posters by April 8, 2018 18:00PM Beijing Time, the Conference will print the posters for free. For those who fail to send their poster by April 8,2018 18:00PM Beijing Time, your posters will not be accepted by the Conference.
c). Please note that the Conference does not have the equipment to print posters on-site.
d). Poster Submission Deadline: April 8, 2018 18:00pm Beijing Time
e). Please send the poster to the Conference Secretariat at 81823939@qq.com before April 8, 2018 18:00PM Beijing Time and it is also important to include the Abstract ID in the title of your email.
3. Set Up and Removal Times
a). Posters will be hung in advance by the Conference.
b). Poster presenters are only required to be present at their board during poster display time.
c). All poster boards will be cleared at the end of the Conference.

If you are unable to attend the ICPGC2018, please send an email including your your name as well as your abstract ID to the Conference Secretariat before April 6, 2018 so that adjustments can be made on time.
